They also made sure that the wiring to the inverter was neat and tidy and minimised the amount of cutting or drilling into plasterboard and brickwork (e.g. another installer told us they would need to cut additional manholes in the ceiling but the Neo team found a much less intrusive way that didn’t require this).The team also went the extra mile by revisiting us a few days after install to check our roof when we were concerned about some roof tiles possibly being out of place.
